Food: lukewarm/overcooked

Service was horrible, not only because our food took over 30 mins no, but because out server didn't communicate their lack of staffing. Then the best part was the hair in the grits!! No one took any responsibility for the hair l, the bad service or the long wait. First and last time I will visit a Huddle House. Never again!
Not one person there seemed to care.
But... Saludeans are to "nice" to demand better... We just let it deteriorate while we cease to care ourselves...huh?

Facility unkempt
Probably the worst service I have ever witnessed. It took them over 30 minutes for a simple waffle with strawberries and whenever the waiter, Madison Rowe, brought the waffle it was plain. She never brought us silverware to eat our food with until we asked for it, no straws, and she also didn’t refill our drinks without us having to constantly ask. Please hire more adequate waiters.
Awesome place to dine really love the changes that have taken place this year. Great food and for the most part great service to it is nice going to this restaurant and seeing the same people working. Instead of seeing different people working like I used to we will be back at least 1 time or more weekly.
Sad...sadder... & saddest.
Food okay. Service awful. When asked how long it would take for the food, the first response of the cook to the server was "when I finish cooking it". Once we got our food, the green beans and gravy were not hot and the server never came back to check on us. If I'm ever hungry in Saluda, I'm sticking to McDonalds or Burger King. I feel for the residents of Saluda.
